The 200 Hour Teacher Training at Yogalife showed her just how much there is to learn about yoga - on and off the mat. Her classes are primarily power vinyasa style - building a strong foundation and strengthening the entire body through flows and deep stretches - all with plenty of sweat! Her intention is to offer students and the Yogalife community what yoga has given her. |

Christina Lee started her personal yoga journey in 2003 with Bikram Yoga. She fell in love with the physical challenge and therapeutic satisfaction in the heat, and was able to find a place for physical, mental, and emotional release. She continued practicing hot yoga, exploring different styles of yoga at various studios, and eventually fell in love with power vinyasa classes where teachers combined the perfect mix of seriousness and fun.
