Join Betsy two Fridays per month for the calming oasis we all need to rebalance and rejuvenate. Betsy will introduce a different theme each month, such as the Power of Intention. After some gentle stretches to open and relax the body, Betsy will guide us in a multi-sensory meditation intended to lead you to a peaceful place of clarity within where you can connect with your wise guidance. Guided meditation is a powerful, intention-based practice with deeply healing benefits including total body/mind relaxation, better sleep, a stronger immune system, and a greater sense of freedom. This class will also strengthen your intuitive awareness and manifesting skills, so you can move forward in creating your own magical life. Everyone is welcome regardless of ability. Both brand-new-to-meditation and seasoned meditators are encouraged to attend. Please join us!
