Friday Night Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a practice of being, rather than doing, helping to relieve the effects of stress and bring the body, mind and spirit into harmony and balance.


A short, gentle asana warm-up will relax and prepare mind and body to receive the benefits that Restorative Yoga offers. Class will usually end with a short guided meditation, and supported Savasana.

Time: 7:00-8:15pm

Queen Anne: 2nd and 4th Friday of each month.

Cost: $15 drop-in (or use your Yogalife pass)
