Kelly Muldoon
Kelly has been teaching hatha yoga for more than 7 years. Her passion for yoga began as a dancer when she discovered an environment for movement that emphasized compassion and mindfulness; self love and self realization.
Within the juxtaposition of stillness and flow, Kelly combines attention to alignment and breath while building dynamic strength. Her teaching style encourages awareness, gentle opening and inner quiet. She brings love and lightness to her teaching, providing a nurturing space where her students explore their movement, themselves and their unique journey of unfolding.
Kelly holds a Masters of Arts from Bastyr University in Systems Counseling, yoga teaching certificates from Mount Madonna Center in California and Sarah Powers, and a BFA in Modern Dance.
