laura_bwLaura Hughes has been part of the Yogalife community since moving to Seattle in 2006 and is thrilled to be teaching with us. Her practice combines elements of ashtanga, hatha flow and forrest yoga and she enjoys weaving all of these into classes which focus on both flowing and held expressions of the asanas - encouraging deep attention and exploration. Laura offers the intent of creating an ongoing moving meditation - both on and off the mat. Her classes provide a chance for students to develop their physical practice while simultaneously cultivating internal awareness, focus, and clarity.
