natalie_mackieNatalie Ginapp teaches yoga in a way that quickly takes the practicioner beyond the asana or postures and into the more subtle aspects of the mind body connection. Yoga is a practice that gives us the space to observe our true nature and the clarity to define our strengths and our struggles. It forever blurs the division between our bodies and minds, transforming the way we interact with not only ourselves but, the world. It is Natalie’s belief that the body has a story to tell. If we are able to slow down and focus inwards enough, we might be able to hear it. The question then becomes, what is your body telling you?

In yoga class with Natalie, you can expect pranayama, chakra awareness, yoga based philosophical inquiries & practices to quiet and focus the mind. Her ever evolving, fluid movement style is based on Hatha and Vinyasa based sequencing, as well as the seasons, the weather and you!

A lover of all things active, Natalie has a rich background in dance, and can be spotted weekly communing with nature on Washington’s trails by summer & slopes by winter. She draws inspiration from the natural world & can be found in various postures, including quiet seats of meditation from beach to mountain top and all points in between. Natalie has a B.A. in Psychology and is a RYT 200 Level Instructor of Yoga.
