Rock the Flow with Dawn Jansen

A challenging vinyasa flow class set to live music to delight the soul: Forget about your worries and let your mind and body enjoy a soulful practice set to live music!  This workshop will provide an uplifting dimension to your yoga and inspire the power of shakti (creative energy). The 2 hour class will include an artful sequencing of vinyasa designed to inspire positive energy and fun featuring ambient rhythms and slow grooves.
