Welcome to Yogalife, a yoga studio with locations in the Seattle neighborhoods of Greenlake, Queen Anne, and Wallingford

At Yogalife, we are committed to building community through the study and practice of yoga.  More than just a physical practice, yoga is a way of life.  It is an ancient discipline that promotes healing, growth, and transformation.  The teachers at Yogalife strive to share the wealth and beauty of the yoga tradition with people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. We offer Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Gentle and Restorative Yoga, as well as Qigong, an Introduction to Yoga Series, and a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Come enhance your yogalife with yoga classes and workshops with our experienced teachers.

New! Group Breathing Circles at Yogalife 

Join Kimberly Morton for an evening of conscious breathing, every fourth Friday at Queen Anne. 7:30 - 9:30pm. Next Breathing Circle: Friday, February 24th.

New! Qigong Classes at Greenlake 

Join Rebecca on Monday and Wednesday mornings for Qigong classes from 8:45 - 9:45am.

New Noon Classes at Greenlake

Join Sharon on Mondays for Hour of Power starting January 16th and Aubrey on Wednesdays for Core Vinyasa starting January 18th. Both classes run from 12:00 - 1:00pm.  

Yoga for YOUR Life Workshop Series with Maria 

Next workshop: Saturday, February 4th  - Yoga for the Winter Blues

Join Maria as she melds her two disciplines of yoga and mental health counseling into a unique specialized series that looks at how yoga can be used as a tool for healing. Each two hour class will be a forum for growth and transformation and will teach participants valuable skills that will easily translate into daily life. Workshops take place the first Saturday of Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, and March from 1-3pm at Yogalife Greenlake.
