Yoga Nidra with Laura
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that teaches you how to truly relax and let the mind and body rejuvenate. We will use breath awareness, visualization, the senses, and pranayama (breath) to progressively move into a deep state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra can be a powerful tool in releasing negative, habitual patterns and results in a grounded, present state. We will begin with a gentle asana practice, then get comfortable in a supported savasana. Bring an eye pillow and your comfy socks if you like! While in savasana we will go through a 30-40 minute Yoga Nidra practice. No previous yoga experience is required. There is no longer Yoga Nidra at Yogalife Greenlake.
